Portia M™ is a privately black owned, led and managed, Johannesburg based company which was established in the year 2011. Portia M™ is a Level 3 BBBEE contributor and a Proudly South African certified company. Our products are manufactured in an SABS approved facilities and we are ISO 9001 certified.

Marula Oil

​

Marula oil comes from the ripened fruit of the marula tree which is native to many parts of central and southern Africa. We support the women  of the co-operative  who extract the kernels from ripe marula fruits by hand, then cold-press the kernels to harvest the marula oil inside. Our  approach to harvesting the marula oil is environmentally conscious with a social aim of community upliftment empowering women and youth in Africa.
